The citizens can apply for information about the collection addressing the staff of the archive, in person during the fixed hours, or through an application submitted to the Registro General, through post, fax  or e-mail.

Onsite consultation is avaiable after identification of the researcher through the fulfilment of an application. The Archive provides a document reservation service.

Researchers can apply for copies of the documents whenever they need them. The method to be used in each case will be decided taking into account the conservation of the documents. The taxes to be applied are those established by law in the Ordenanzas Fiscales. BOCCE 4390 de 31 de diciembre de 2004

Those publications containing reproductions of documents shall express their origin and the necessary data to identify them.

Cultural and Educational Activities

The archives will programme guided tours adapted to the educational needs to spread the knowledge of the heritage of documents of Ceuta. You can apply the services offered in the guide for education through the Consejería de Educación y Cultura.

The Archives will also programme educational activities in cooperation with the cultural centres.
